PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The yard ramp, is a movable metal ramp for loading and unloading of vehicles. A yard ramp is placed at the back of a vehicle to provide access for forklifts to ascend the ramp. Using a yard ramp for vehicle loading or unloading allows the work to be carried out by a forklift.
First of all, let me introduce the basic parameters of this equipment for you. The load range of the mobile loading ramp is 6-20 tons. The total length of the ramp is 11.8 meters. The width is 2.1 meters, and the net width except the guardrail is 2 meters. The height of the ramp can be adjusted, the range is 0.85-1.8 meters. All these dimensions can be changed according to your requirements.
Next, I will show you more product details. At first, the main structure of the equipment includes lip, loading and unloading platform, ramp and tail plate. There is a safety chain on the lip. When using the equipment, connect the chain to the carriage of the truck to prevent the ramp from slipping. The guardrail is removable, with the height 350mm. Each device is equipped with two outriggers and two cylinders.
The function of the outrigger is to bear the weight of the device when storing it. There are also two chains on the tail plate, which can be hung on the ramp during storage to save space. There is a hook between the two tail plates, which makes the ramp can be moved by a forklift or trailer. The ramp is equipped with tire anti-skid blocks to prevent displacement of the equipment during use.
